Caramel Apple Milkshakes

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups lowfat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 3/4 cup 1% lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
- 1/4 cup fat free caramel ice cream topping
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.
