Cherry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup frozen sweet cherries
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt
- 3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth and serve in tall a glass.
