Kiddie Coconut Milk Chiller

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet
  • 1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • Fresh pineapple spears (optional)

Directions

1. Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.

2. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
