Pumpkin Pie in a Glass

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup 1% lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

Directions

In a blender, add pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and ice cubes. Puree until smooth. Pour into two glasses and top each with two tablespoons of vanilla yogurt.
