Breakfast Burrito

Makes 1 serving
Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

    1 whole-wheat flour tortilla
    1 egg, scrambled
    1 tablespoon prepared salsa
    1 tablespoon grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat tortilla according to package directions.  Lay tortilla flat and spread the cooked scrambled egg in the middle.  Spoon salsa on top.  Sprinkle with cheese. Fold, roll and go!

Substitution Idea: To reduce the fat, substitute egg white for the egg.  To spice it up, use Pepper Jack cheese instead of Cheddar.
