Cheddar and Ham Muffins

Ingredients

    1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
    1 3/4 cups all-purpose baking mix
    1 cup lowfat milk
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 cup lowfat ham, chopped fine

Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix Cheddar cheese, baking mix and milk in bowl.  Add black pepper and ham. Mix well. Spoon mixture into lined muffin pans until 1/2 full. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
