Broken Hearts

Ingredients
1 large apple cut into 10 slices
30 ounces Dannon vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
3 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ tablespoons cinnamon
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Mix sugar and 3 ½ teaspoons of cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle one side of apple slices with half of the mixture (pour excess back into bowl). Put apple slices on a cookie sheet lightly sprinkled with water. Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove apples from oven, flip them over and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar and return to oven for 5 minutes. While apples bake, place yogurt in a large mixing bowl and add ½ tbs. cinnamon, mix and pour into five bowls. Remove apples from oven and cool, on baking sheet, for 1 or 2 minutes, then place two slices of apple into each bowl, forming a heart.Nutritional Facts per serving
