Tangy Lemon Freeze Pie
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 quart lowfat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 graham cracker crust pie shell
- Lemon slices
Directions
Place ice cream in mixing bowl and allow to sit out of freezer to soften. Fold in lemonade concentrate using a blender or processor (on low speed), if available. Pour into pie shell. Freeze until firm. When serving, garnish with lemon slices.
