Mix It With Milk
Lowfat (1%) and fat-free (skim) milk actually steam and froth the best. For a tasty twist, try steaming lowfat chocolate or other flavored milks - an easy way to make a gourmet hot chocolate!
Very cold milk froths up the best. The final result should be smooth and thick, with small bubbles. (Overheating the milk will destroy the froth.)
