Jennifer Diemert, RD

Jennifer Diemert, R.D., is a nutrition communications manager and media spokesperson for Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association, where she is responsible for nutrition and health-related communications and media interviews in the Pittsburgh and Johnstown/Altoona media markets.

Jennifer has significant experience in the areas of weight management and nutrition. Before joining the Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association, she worked at the Family Health Council in Pittsburgh and Allegheny General Hospital as a clinical dietitian, providing comprehensive nutrition for individuals and groups.

Jennifer has developed a specific expertise regarding children and healthy living with the KidShape program, which teaches overweight children and their families to make healthy lifestyle changes. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh chapters of the American Dietetic Association and has done radio and television interviews regarding healthy eating.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
