Fuel Up to Play 60

Join 36 million kids nationwide who Fuel Up to Play 60 and make a difference. Fuel Up to Play 60 empowers students to get active and play for 60 minutes daily and fuel up with nutrient-rich foods missing from their diets like low-fat and fat-free dairy foods, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association and National Dairy Council have joined with the National Football League to help students eat right and stay active with Fuel Up to Play 60.

Students and schools work together to expand opportunities for physical activity and increase availability of more tasty, kid-appealing healthy foods, such as low-fat chocolate milk, yogurt and fruit parfaits, whole grain pasta and salad bars.

How do kids start? Schools and students can sign up for the program on the Fuel Up to Play 60 web site. They take the PLEDGE to be healthier, TRACK their progress, EARN points for their Fuel Meter, and WIN! They can win awesome prizes for themselves (like an iPod touch) and their school (like a healthy school makeover).
